Knowledge Transfer
A key component of our current WDQI is the creation of workforce data enhancement resources we are calling Knowledge Transfer Modules. There are four discrete modules for those states wanting to adopt some or all of this approach to their own systems.
Public Employee Data
Method and crosswalk from state and local government job titles to standard occupation codes.
Public Licensing Agency Data
Method and crosswalk assigning standard occupational codes from active licenses of an individual.
OES Microdata
Methodology and codebook for using state microdata for the Occupational Employment Statistics (OES) data set.
Imputation Model
Builds probabilistic models to impute an occupation code that incorporates what we learn, statistically, from the occupational SOC assignments of Public Employee Data, Public Agency Data and OES Microdata.
