Intended for use by young adults, IN Reality is good for anyone considering a career or a career change. There are three easy ways to use the tool:

• Start by building a budget around your lifestyle choices with Reality Check
• Or, plug in a salary number in Future Salary
• Or, plug in an occupation using Occupation Direct

If you choose to go the Future Salary or Occupation Direct route, you will eventually need to build a budget to see if the occupation you select has a salary to match your lifestyle needs.

You can take any direction you like when using the tool and you’ll never get lost – the navigation at the top is persistent.

Site Performance

Since the tool is database-driven (meaning it is building your budget or selecting your choices from the server in real-time), the response time depends on your wi-fi or network speed.

The Internet browser you are using might not be up-to-date – we recommended the latest versions of Internet Explorer (IE), Safari, Chrome or Firefox.
